YLEM have worked with FCU for the past 4 years for the provision of utilities, primarily for power generation site.
Most of our schemes are deemed sufficiently complex, i.e. bridge crossings, 3rd party land, network rail crossings, specialist traffic management etc.
All our schemes are wholly project managed and delivered by FCU, we have weekly review meetings to discuss, designs, programs, HSEQ and progress etc, we have built good collaborative working relationships and enjoy working with the team at FCU who have a can do attitude and are always on hand to provide proactive solutions, advise, guidance and expertise to ensure schemes are delivered safely, on time, to the best engineering solutions and are right first time.
We have completed 5 sites with FCU and currently have 3 in progress, all construction works are managed through a mutually agreed JCT contract.
